We collect DART filings every 5 minutes from KOSPI and KOSDAQ companies (DART is Korea's EDGAR). For material filings — supply contracts, buybacks, rights offerings, largest-shareholder changes, earnings — AI reads the text and rates importance (1–5 stars), Bullish/Bearish direction and the key figures. Figures are judged relative to company size, not by absolute amount (e.g. contract value vs. revenue). While the market is open, 52-week-high breakouts and volume spikes are flagged automatically every 3 minutes.
